My Studio Look handles personal photos, payments, and account access carefully. This page explains the safeguards customers can expect from the service.
Uploaded photos and finished results are stored privately and delivered through time-limited access links.
Customer photos and paid results are scheduled for deletion after 30 days, with limited order records retained for support and legal needs.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on My Studio Look servers.
Account and order emails are sent from noreply@mystudiolook.com through authenticated mail infrastructure using SPF, DKIM, and DMARC.
HTTPS is enforced across the site with long-lived HSTS.
Private order pages require signed access and avoid exposing internal provider identifiers.
Password resets use rate limiting and authenticated transactional email.
Webhook and checkout flows validate provider events before changing order state.
Security and error monitoring are used to identify reliability issues quickly.
Support and refund links preserve order context so issues can be reviewed without asking customers to expose unnecessary data.
Official My Studio Look transactional emails come from noreply@mystudiolook.com. We will never ask for your password by email. Password reset links should only take you to mystudiolook.com.
If an account email appears in junk, mark it as not junk and add noreply@mystudiolook.com to your contacts. This helps your email provider recognize future account and order emails as expected.
If you believe you have found a security issue, please contact us with enough detail for us to reproduce and assess it. We will review legitimate reports promptly and avoid requesting sensitive personal data unless it is needed to investigate the issue.
